Postage and Delivery
We use different delivery methods depending on location and priority. All deliveries within Australia are made via Australia Post. Generally, we process all purchases within 24-48 business hours of receiving the order. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated e-mail system, however if you do not receive your tracking number, please E-mail us and we will attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
We have the following shipping options.
- Express Post (1-2 business days): $11
- Standard Post ( 3-5 business days): $8
We can also ship internationally. Shipping price will be calculated at checkout.
Pick up is not available.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage/shipping.
Unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind.
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong item(s), please contact us ASAP, providing us with your order number and the correct product you wish to purchase. We will make the necessary changes providing that the wrong order has not already been processed and posted.
We offer EXCHANGE ONLY if you ordered the wrong item(s). You must return the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging it came in and understand that you will cover the return costs.
